✘ Any fault where scale/sludge or rust is the cause of the fault

✘ Known manufacturer faults where the manufacturer has taken action previously to remedy the fault on future parts produced, but the part has not been replaced on your boiler

✘ Recurring faults (where a part has been replaced previously by us or a previous cover provider and has not lasted more than 50% of the manufacturers current boiler warranty period

✘ Pre existing faults

✘ Intermittent faults for example (but not limited to) faults that are no longer present after resetting the boiler or topping up of boiler pressure.

✘ Any fault you beleive may be in existance when the boiler is still producing heat and hot water.

Please note that we do not accept Elson tanks or thermal storage units for example (but not limited to)
